Felicia Antip

Daughter of Dr. Moise Solomon in Focsani. A highly appreciated journalist. Lives in Bucharest. Known by her presentations of French and English books (many written by Jewish authors) published weekly, for more than three decades. She was a correspondent for foreign politics at the journals "Lumea" (“The World”) and "Tribuna Romaniei" (“Tribune of Romania”), translated to Romanian a series of books, among them the memoirs of Elie Wiesel. One of her most valued books is: “Lumea din ziare" (“The World in the Newspapers”).

Silviu Iancu Guliger (1899-1971)

Known under the pseudonym George Silviu, he studied Law and wrote books and theatre plays for children (“Iehoshua parua", "Flowers and Butterflies” “The Latest News”). Journalist and correspondent at the newspaper "Ultima Ora". Published three books of poems.

Leopold Goldstein (1902-1977) - Camil Baltazar

One of the most important Jewish authors and poets in Romania. His first books: "Rugaciuni de seara" (“Evening Prayers”)(1923) , “Fluierul de matase" (“The Silk Flute”)(1924). He was called “The Poet of the Light”. In 1932 he was appointed Secretary of the Editorial Board of the newspaper "Romania Mare"

Ozias Rubin (1924-1993)

Wrote under the pseudonym Sadi Rudeanu. Came to Israel in 1973. He described his own life with humor and satire. Worked at the newspaper "Viata noastra" (“Our Life”).
